we focus on finishing correctly.

when the work is complex, our mission is simple

As attorneys, our team is uniquely qualified to handle even complex transactions with precision and efficiency. Our commitment is straightforward – we get things right the first time and provide proactive care for our clients.

Will you really care about the homebaked cookies you ate to celebrate signing a deed when five years later you find out you don’t – legally speaking – own your house because of a title mistake someone else made 20 years ago?

No. That’s where we come in.

As a title agency, we set clear expectations, delivering high-quality work without unnecessary delays or middlemen. As lawyers, we speak meaningfully and handle every aspect of journey thoroughly. This means we function as a single point of contact that handles all aspects of your title process.

Appalachian Title Agency sets you on the right course. We wouldn’t want you going anywhere else.
