Every transaction with Appalachian Title is reviewed by our in house attorneys at multiple times – during the search phase, following the commitment while everything is being cleared for closing, and again immediately before Closing. Why? To make sure everything is accurate, of course. There is no one who hates surprises more than us and so we work really hard to make sure there aren’t any.

Our in house attorneys have extensive experience preparing essentially any document that may be needed during the closing process – contracts, deeds of trusts, modification agreements, environmental indemnity agreements, loan agreements.
